DRAWINGS & PERMITS
Providing Permit Drawings for new builds, renovations, and additions. All drawing sets include the necessary floor plans, elevations, site plans and construction details. We provide engineer and/or BCIN stamps on all drawings and submit all drawings for permits. We apply for zoning review and follow the project through committee of adjustments if required.

CONSULTATION
The initial design consultation is the preliminary meeting for every new project, typically this is a 2 hour session. During this initial gathering we will discuss the scope of your project, your goals, your design style, your lifestyle and how you intend to use the spaces as well as your budget.
